Job description
We are looking for an Early Years Educator to join our team and help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for young children. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of activities that promote the physical, emotional, social and intellectual development of children aged 0-5. This role requires a creative individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching. The Early Years Educator will also be responsible for developing lesson plans, implementing curriculum, and providing feedback to parents.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of young children.
- Observe and assess the development of children.
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play.
- Encourage children to explore, create, and express themselves through activities.
- Develop positive relationships with parents and guardians.
- Maintain records of each child's progress.
- Communicate with other professionals such as speech therapists, social workers, and medical professionals.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £15,194.00-£16,856.00 per year
