Job description

Our Construction department are looking for a motivated individual to join our Plumbing and Heating team. We have exceptional facilities here at Moulton, students are able to benefit from our extensive range of resources that are designed to ensure students get a realistic experience of working to an industrial standard.

Your duties

We teach across a broad curriculum from Level 1 - 3. You will act as a course tutor to full-time and part-time groups and undertake the associated organisation, administration, and monitoring of attendance.

You will participate in curriculum development to meet the needs of changing industrial demands and College development.

There is a lot of potential to grow this area of the curriculum and you will play a vital role in ensuring the College is best placed to serve the needs of industry and our students.

Person specification

We welcome applicants from an industry background without a teaching qualification provided they can show a willingness to work towards this. Candidates must have a level 3 in Plumbing or Gas Engineering. We also require applicants to have the ability to support, assess and course manage groups of learners while managing student behaviour, attendance and timely assessments, in both practical and theory.
