What We're Looking For
- Ability to commute to Fleckney (LE8 8AW) - Own transpoirt is a must
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Capacity to handle manual lifting (up to 15kg) and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to occasionally stay late (up to an hour) when needed
- Prior picking, packing, or warehouse experience preferred but not essential
- A team player who is target-driven and committed to accuracy and speed
