We currently have a position at Castle Grange, Scarborough for an experienced Full-Time Receptionist/Administrator with sound knowledge of word & excel with the ability to learn and adapt to using a bespoke database. The right candidate will be able to work as part of a team and have excellent communication skills, numerical & organisational skills, a strong sense of responsibility, personable and motivated. This role will be to support the Registered / Home Manager.

Main duties will include:
- Processing staff hours & invoices
- Posting job applications, complete DBS checks, Reference requests
- Maintaining staff & Residents files, cash handling, reconciliations and general administrative duties
