About the role:

As part of the FPS Client Services team you will report to the E-Commerce Manager and you will provide best in class e-commerce strategy to bring brand and business growth for a strategic, enterprise level FPS client. This is the perfect role for someone with experience within retail and e-commerce to develop cross disciplinary skills across the digital ecosystem.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Be a key point of contact for a strategic, enterprise level FPS client. Support the Ecommerce Manager in formulating plans to drive roadmap and business growth using data-driven insights, analysis and creative problem-solving - all to drive tangible commercial growth
  • Monitor the brand’s KPIs, carrying out regular pieces of analysis to help define and support their decision making
  • Report on trade / commercial performance analysis on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Creating presentation material for Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Support the brand with their promotional strategies and sale setup
  • Ownership of day-to-day admin-based tasks to support the Ecommerce Manager
  • Work with the digital marketing team to monitor and optimise performance of each marketing channel
  • Support the Ecommerce Manager in the prioritisation of client feature roadmaps, coordinating with Product/Tech and the client in the dedicated weekly calls
  • Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, with the ultimate measures of success being that they grow their business, adopt our platform offerings and further deepen their partnership with FPS
  • Communicates with other departments and teams both within FPS (e.g. Ops, Production and Tech, Commercial Project Management) and Farfetch (e.g. Econcessions, Business Development, Account Management, Media Solutions) to exchange critical information about clients, special projects or to improve the service offering
  • Keeps abreast of industry developments and translates this knowledge into strategic guidance for brands and FPS

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience in a consultancy, retail or e-commerce role, ideally with client-facing experience (an eclectic mix of experience is a plus)
  • High level of business acumen and commercial awareness. Driven by the ability to work towards metrics and targets
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
  • Experience building and maintaining key client relationships a plus
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Commercially focused and driven with the ability to work towards metrics and targets
  • Experience in or knowledge of the streetwear/sneakers industry a plus
  • Digital, retail and fashion industry knowledge and competitor positioning
