Job description
Position: Virtual Care Coordinator
Job Type: Contract
Schedule: five days a week, 11pm - 7am, Every other weekend required
Pay: $28/hr
Job Duties:
Role will be completely onsite.
Minimum three years of direct patient care experience
Greets patient, family, and visitors, and introduces self and role
Monitor patients via live video for incidents (about 10 patients monitored at a time) monitoring such as but not limited to vital signs, central line days, and foley catheter days.
Experience with Acute care setting, Nursing Home Highly Preferred.
Required:
Associates or Bachelors degree Required.
1+ Experience with telehealth or remote monitoring technology
Obtains Telehealth Coordinator Certification within first year of hire, required.
May become temp to perm

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
