The Role
An exciting opportunity is available to join British Airways Engineering Operational Maintenance as a Duty Shift Manager.
The purpose of this role is to lead, develop and motivate a team of engineering colleagues with the capability to deliver a safe and professional engineering operation to defined business and performance metrics. The post holder will be a role model for Technical Standards, Airmanship and collaboration across the wider engineering business. The post holder will also be expected to rotate through the Terminal Maintenance Control Duty Manager position.
