Phone interviews will be held week commencing Monday 16th October, and trials will be organised thereafter. The London Coliseum is the home of the English National Opera, see the website: ENO Home | The Home of English Opera | ENO About the role: Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times Washing dishes, cutlery as well as kitchen equipment General kitchen cleaning duties Taking food deliveries £13 per hour + service charge, paid weekly Approximate shift timings, 8am-5pm or 1pm-10pm, dependant on the show times You must be available to work evenings and weekends You will be required to work in some of our other central London businesses Chef academy available for to improve your chef skills after probation is passed Phone interviews will be held week commencing Monday 16th October, and trials will be organised thereafter.
