Shift pattern: 0700-1700 4 days on 4 days off

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Provide full administration support to operations in producing operational reports from all systems
- Health and safety support, updating training matrix
- Liaising with central functions departments to ensure that all due reports and returns are submitted accurately and to stipulated deadlines
- Demonstrate effective communication skills at all levels with customers
- Share information readily and clearly communicate both verbally and in writing to managers, peers and associates

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (essential)
- Experience using Microsoft Office packages for reporting purposes (essential)
- Analytical skills (desirable)
- Experience of logistics systems/operations (desirable)
