Are you a fluent Dutch & English speaker who is looking for a new opportunity?

P&O Ferries are looking to recruit Dutch Speakers for our contact centre, we are happy to consider applicants outside of the East Kent area as well as individuals who are looking for flexible working arrangements such as part time or full time work, however you will be expected to complete your training in Dover and attend the office if required for training or meetings on an adhoc basis.

You do not need to have any previous experience within a call centre but you must be a customer focused individual.

Your role will involve taking calls and handling emails and webchat from both the public and travel trade using our in-house reservations system and you must have the ability to meet agreed targets. You will be working as part of a busy and supportive team and receive full training.

Your shifts will include working weekends and evenings.

We are looking for people who can delight customers and provide a fantastic level of service. You will be outgoing, gregarious and looking for a challenging role. We are not necessarily looking for any previous contact centre experience, we are looking to recruit individuals who can engage with customers and start their P&O journey right.
