Job description
Lowrys is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, hard working member of staff to work in the kitchen preparing light lunches and baking in our busy coffee shop on the quayside in Berwick upon tweed.
Duties will include general food preparation, preparing and making light lunches such as sandwiches and paninis and baking scones, cakes and quiche etc.
Some front of house service would be required.
We are ideally looking for someone who has experience working in a busy coffee shop or restaurant environment and enjoys baking.
Hours will be approximately 3-5 shifts per week, working between 4-8 hours per shift. Shifts will include some weekends therefore must be flexible and living in the Berwick area.
Rates of pay to be discussed at interview.
Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 9 months
Part-time hours: 12-30 per week
Salary: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
