Reporting to the Global Head of GM Application Security Operations, the GM Vulnerability Management Project Manager is responsible for:
- Managing the Infrastructure Vulnerability Remediation projects, as aligned with the GM IT scope and strategy
- Creating a roadmap for vulnerability remediation within the GM scope of assets
- Build a strong relationship with Infrastructure, APS and ADM teams, ensuring key milestones are adhered to.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and deadlines and that adequate activity tracking is performed in the relevant group tools.
- Ensure a high level of accountability and ownership of the various stakeholders on all tasks and deliverable they produce, leading again by example
- Ensure full visibility is given to management on project progress but also on daily activity, load, risk, and prioritization.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Manage the GM Infrastructure Vulnerability Projects for GM, as aligned with the Application Security Operations Strategy
- Build strong relationships with IT and Business stakeholders globally.
- Form strong partnership with GM APS and ADM peers to contribute to consistency across production resilience topics.
- Instil strong awareness with clear responsibilities within the various project key stakeholders.
- Work closely and synchronously with APS, ADM, IT stakeholders.
- Ensure client satisfaction by engaging in and acting on regular feedback.
- Escalate risks and issues to Management.
Experience, Qualifications & Competencies
- Track record of managing projects with global deliveries.
- Knowledge of infrastructure and software vulnerabilities.
- Knowledge of vulnerability and compliance scanners as well as automated pen-testing tools (e.g.: - Tanium, Nexpose, Qualys etc..)
- Knowledge of Global Markets applications
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, rapidly adaptable to change.
- Good knowledge of SDLC and production environment.
- Knowledge of Standard Delivery methodologies (e.g.: ITSM).
