We are one of the leading energy efficiency services contractors based in London working in the residential sector that specialise in the External Wall Insulation, Solar installations, Gas Boiler, First Time Central Heating, Storage Heaters, Windows & Doors etc., and making homes energy efficient.

The successful candidate will be operating as a driver’s Mate supporting the driver fulfil their daily tasks and will be required to assist with manual work (generally but not limited helping the loading/unloading the vehicles).

The role will consist of the following responsibilities:

· Working alongside the designated driver assisting & supporting the team members with their day-to-day tasks, primarily collecting, and delivering materials to construction sites on the company’s vans.

· loading and unloading materials both at the warehouse and at different construction sites.

· Collection of rubbish on construction sites.

· Conscious of health and safety on site and their obligations to others who are working alongside them as well as clients and the public.

· Any other special duty as may be required.

Experience & interpersonal skills:

· Ideally previous working experience in a similar role

· Strong work ethic and excellent team working skills.

· Ability to do physical labour tasks.

· Ability to work in all weather.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

· Passion for delivering great customer service.

· A positive ‘can-do’ attitude, as well as being self-motivated and happy to help others.

· This is a hands-on role, with some heavy lifting required.

Salary & Working days/hours.

Package: £24,000 p.a.

Working Hours: 08:30am to 05:30pm - Monday to Friday + Saturdays available

Holiday entitlement: 20 days (plus bank holidays)
