(Full-time or Part-time; Fixed-term to 31 March 2024
The PROWORK Mental Health and Return to Work trial has been running for 12-months and, following a short break, will resume the trialing of return-to-work toolkits.
The successful applicant will continue to support two organisations in their trialing of PROWORK. You will also recruit two further organisations from the Midlands for comparison and continue to collect data on the context, policies and constraints of implementing PROWORK.
Applicants should have experience of recruiting organisations and conducting and evaluating interventions. You will have a PhD in health psychology, occupational psychology, business, management or equivalent.
This full-time post is offered on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2024 with an immediate start. Hybrid working, flexible working and applications for part-time and/or job share are welcomed for this post.
