Our Transport Services team are an integral part of our Front of House Team at the resort, delivering a professional service for our guests when transporting them to and from the hotel, as well as any other transport requirements they may have during their stay with us.

Our absolute focus is delivering a personalised, luxury experience to all guests, building relationships and anticipating their every need. If you believe you are the right person for this role then we want to hear from you.

This is an excellent time to join our resort here in St Andrews, with some very exciting development plans for the property on the horizon. For those individuals joining our team, you will be joining an iconic property who aims to become a flagship institution of luxury hospitality in Scotland and the epitome of delivering excellence in service and experience to our guests.

What you will be doing:

• Deliver a welcoming and courteous greeting to guests arriving at Airports and Railway Stations across Scotland
• Providing assistance with luggage for guests to and from vehicles
• Driving hotel guests to and from Airports and Railway Stations, undertaking tours locally and across Scotland, in a safe and comfortable manner
• Developing strong and loyal relationships with repeat and new guests alike, anticipating their needs and delivering a top-class service
• Maintain a good knowledge of the status of roads, and plan an alternative route to avoid excessive delays
• Accommodate guest requests for stops or changes courteously and professionally
• Maintain a high standard of presentation and cleanliness of vehicles
• Ensure that vehicles are appropriately equipped with hotel amenities
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of all hotel services/facilities and local attractions/activities to respond to guest enquiries accurately
• Other duties as assigned by the Transport Manager
