Hours: Monday to Friday 48 hours per week
Salary: £38,848.00 per annum

Purpose of Job
To deliver goods to customers premises as per the pre-set schedule, to pick and check all goods from the freezer, chiller, or ambient compartments of the vehicle, together with any other additional duties, which may be required to ensure the efficiency of the business.
Main Duties
- Carrying out deliveries in the order determined by the transport team.
- Checking and agreeing the correct quantities are delivered for each order with the customer
- Monitoring the temperatures of the vehicle’s freezer/chiller units.
- Collecting payments via cheque where necessary.
- Dealing with daily returns (recording, checking, placing in designated area within the warehouse).
- Downloading Digital driver’s card at the end of each week.
- There will be overnight journeys as part of the role.
Job Requirements
- Class 2 Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) licence
- Multi drop experience
- Confidence, self-motivation, and enthusiasm
- Good knowledge of road networks
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Be a good team player
- Valid DQC/CPC card
- Excellent knowledge of driver’s hours regulations
