Order Picker - SAINTSERENE

Position Summary:

As an Order Picker at SAINTSERENE, you'll be a key player in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your attention to detail and dedication will help maintain our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Carefully and accurately pick products from designated storage areas based on order requirements.

• Thoroughly verify product accuracy and quantities during the picking process.
• Safely and securely pack items, ensuring they are prepared for damage-free transit.
• Perform quality checks to uphold the integrity of our products and our brand.
• Collaborate closely with fellow team members to maintain a streamlined workflow.
• Monitor inventory levels and promptly report any discrepancies to supervisors.
• Contribute to a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or order picking role is highly desirable.
• Basic understanding of inventory procedures and order fulfillment processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail during both the picking and packing stages.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
• Physical capability to lift and move items of varying weights.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems for order tracking and communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: £12.00-£12.15 per hour
