Position Summary:
As an Order Picker at SAINTSERENE, you'll be a key player in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your attention to detail and dedication will help maintain our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Carefully and accurately pick products from designated storage areas based on order requirements.
- Thoroughly verify product accuracy and quantities during the picking process.
- Safely and securely pack items, ensuring they are prepared for damage-free transit.
- Perform quality checks to uphold the integrity of our products and our brand.
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members to maintain a streamlined workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly report any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Contribute to a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or order picking role is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of inventory procedures and order fulfillment processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail during both the picking and packing stages.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
- Physical capability to lift and move items of varying weights.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems for order tracking and communication.

Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £12.00-£12.15 per hour
