Job description
We are hiring a Personal Chauffeur for one of our Co-founders.
Due to the nature of this role, the candidate will need to be flexible in their availability and able to work weekends and evenings. An executive vehicle will be allocated to the chauffeur for work-only purposes. The candidate should be calm, well-presented, and take pride in their work.
You would make a great fit if you :
- Have a full understanding of the English language and hold a full, clean and valid UK driver's licence
- Transporting The Co-founder's to their destinations
- Ensure the vehicle is in good condition and the fuel tank is adequately filled
- The Vehicle must be replenished at all times
- Helping The Co-founder's Founders load and unload their baggage
- Offering assistance to clients in finding nearby lodges, hotels, and guest houses
- Must be discrete while driving
- Using navigation tools to find the fastest route
- Checking traffic updates before starting the journey
- Running errands and collecting parcels on the Co-founder’s behalf
- Abiding by road safety standards and traffic rules
- Regularly cleaning the car interiors and fixing minor issues
- Booking appointments for timely car servicing and repairs
- Undertaking airport pick-ups and drops when needed
- Suggesting local places and sightseeing spots to the clients
- Ensuring the car tyres have required air quantity
- Checking weather reports for a hassle-free journey
- Ensuring the clients are comfortable throughout the journey
- Arriving at the specified location on time
- Opening/closing the door and greeting clients in a polite and courteous manner
- Adjusting seats and AC temperature to suit The Co-Founder’s needs
- Must not engage in conversation unless spoken to first
- Have expert knowledge of London routes and the surrounding counties
- Are experienced in driving for VIPs or at an executive level
- Have a polite, courteous attitude
- Proximity to a secure garage parking
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Holding a valid driver’s license
- Experience working as a Chauffeur for the Hospitality Industry
- Familiarity with GPS tools and Google Maps
- Excellent road and traffic sense
- Having a pleasant and welcoming attitude
- Well-groomed and wearing clean or ironed clothes
- Willingness to travel for long hours and on public holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Displaying reliability
