Job description
An opportunity has arisen in our London office. We are seeking a Receptionist.
The successful receptionist can look forward to being the primary point of contact for both clients and visitors and providing top-level customer service.
More specifically, the receptionist will undertake varied roles including:
-Meeting and greeting clients/visitors
-Providing refreshments for meetings
-Ensuring that the reception area is presentable and meeting rooms are set up and cleared
-Switchboard duties
-Responsible for booking meetings, conference calls, visitors, the loading bay, and couriers/taxis
The Requirements
As you will have a high level of responsibility, ideally you will have at least a years’ experience in a reception or customer services role.
