Job description
Role Summary
Abingdon Preparatory School is a thriving independent day school for boys aged 4 to 13, located in the picturesque Oxfordshire village of Frilford Heath. We provide an extensive transport service for pupils attending the school and are currently seeking to appoint reliable, friendly and responsible Minibus Drivers.
The hours are part-time, term-time only (33 weeks per year) and the exact number and distribution of hours is dependent upon the minibus run allocated. As a guideline, drivers generally work between 3 and 4.5 hours per day comprising morning and afternoon runs. In the morning drivers will complete their run before 8.35am when school commences and in the afternoon drivers need to be at the school by 4.00pm for a prompt departure at 4.20pm.
Applicants should hold a full driving licence (maximum of 3 penalty points) with a D1 entitlement or a D or D1 PCV licence. Remuneration is offered at the rate of £13.13 per hour plus holiday pay.
