Key Responsibilities
As an Information Coordinator, you’ll be working within the Kier Construction team, to support the pre-construction team in the management of documents as part of the tendering process, as well as admin support.
Your day to day will include:
Maintain up to date records of all design information for the project as well as assisting the Design Manager with internal document review including collating & coordinating response.
Overall management of ViewPoint/ASite (daily processing of drawings, documents, RFI’s, matrix transmittals, document control registers and reports) and distribution of information to the wider project team as required.
Assist in the preparation and issue of contractual notifications/reports to employer/sub-contractors/consultants
