What you’ll do:
Eaton is a power management company actively engaged in growing our market share within the IT Channel.
We are looking for highly curious, adaptive sellers who have a passion for helping customers make purchasing decisions within our IT Channel. In this highly complex market space the applicant should be comfortable synthesising & using information from a wide range of sources to help our partners seek out active markets for growth.
The Distribution account manager is responsible for delivering growth across our distribution partner network. This role will be responsibility for a product portfolio covering uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and power and connectivity solutions. This role will require a high level of collaboration within our customers organisation and with Eaton stakeholders.
Our Distribution Account Manager will be responsible for the development, execution, and tracking of account plans with our distribution partners. You will meet the annual budget volume and margins for all Distributors. You will support the identification of net new growth opportunities (verticals or partner base). The distribution account manager will be comfortable with value-add sales and be able to influence your stakeholders to deliver results and through individual deals. You will be confident and proactive in executing commercial processes supporting our distribution partners.
The distribution account manager will be responsible for delivering training to customers supported by our technical experts. You will with marketing to develop demand generation campaigns and support the execution of marketing campaigns. You will schedule and attend regular meetings with key Distribution channel partners and own the customer Quarterly Business Reviews.
You will be comfortable presenting through a variety of mediums and be able to adapt appropriately for the audience you are with. You are a be a clear communicator able to analyses data and drive decision making. You will have a customer first mind set and a future oriented sales focus.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business & Sales related education
A sales backgound (2-5 years) within channel or direct sales
