Job description
We are looking for new Alarm Monitoring Representatives to join our CMS Longwood team!
Criticom Monitoring Services (CMS) provides 24-hour alarm monitoring for residential and commercial customers. When a customer’s alarm system activates, we receive and process the alarm and dispatch the proper authorities if needed.

- Dispatch Proper Authorities
Requirements:
- HS Diploma/GED
- Customer Service Experience
- Weekends, Holidays & Overtime Flexibility
- Computer Literacy

Pay: Up to $17.49 base pay per hour
Reviewing resumes and scheduling phone interviews for a training start date tentatively June 23rd 2023!
Training is currently being held on site in Longwood, FL.
Training Hours : Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm!
Possible work from home opportunities available for those who meet the criteria after successful completion of training.
