JH Cleaning & Support Services are currently seeking a part time office administrator to join a commercial cleaning and maintenance company based in Brentwood Essex
THE COMPANY
JH Cleaning & Support Services are a cleaning and maintenance company providing services throughout Essex London and the south east.
Part Time Hours: 24-30 Hours per week (immediate start)
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Working hours can be flexible and to be discussed at interview.
Monday 9.30 am-5.00pm
Tuesday 9.30 am-5.00pm
Wednesday 9.30 am-5.00pm
Thursday and Friday hours optional
Statutory Holiday Pay
The Main Duties will be:
- Answering incoming calls
- Booking & scheduling jobs into the system
- Sending & receiving emails through outlook
- Liaising with customers & contractors
- Quoting & invoicing
- General office admin
Skills Required
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good communication skills
- Confident to use outlook, word & excel
- Good overall computer skills
- Good organisational skills
