Core Responsibilities
With your excellent ability to understand strategy and translate it into executional transformations with clear objectives and key results, you will drive end-2-end global large-scale transformations.
Ensure high level of engagement of senior partners and bring them on the change journey associated with the transformation! This includes:
Mobilizing the cross-functional transformation team, selecting methodology and approach, and establishing an appropriate governance structure
Mentoring and coaching team members to deliver
Proactively sensing and anticipating changes in the environment or business needs and adjusting the implementation approach, focus and priorities accordingly
Diving into problem solving and providing a sensible/data-driven recommendation on the content when relevant
Reviewing results and applying structured problem-solving approach when meeting gaps, obstacles and risks throughout the transformation delivery
Gathering key findings and continuously demonstrating transformation practice through existing and innovative ways based on trends and external inspiration.
This role is open for Billund or London and is reporting to Head of Transformation.

The Strategy & Transformation team at the LEGO Group drives the Corporate Strategy development, cross functional transformation and value realisation, working on major strategic priorities for the company.
We are uniquely positioned as a central team working closely with the senior leadership team across functional areas and geographies on strategic and transformational topics.
As a sub team, the Transformation Team is a diverse team of 13 professionals with unique background in consulting and / or industry in strategy & transformation acting as a talent hub attracting new talent to the LEGO Group.
Do you have what it takes?
A higher degree within finance, business or management in combination with your eye for business and well-developed interpersonal skills helps you to form strong working relationships across all levels and functions in the organisation. Similarly, your excellent strategic mentality and change management capabilities drive you to prioritise efficiently and get energized in a project-based, collaborative team environment! Moreover, the successful candidate comes with:
+10 years of proven track record in management consultancy or an internal FMCG transformation function
A strong sense of drive and learning agility, being proactive and resourceful
Proven track record of successful delivery of large global critical business initiatives and transformations
Strong structuring, storytelling and communication skills
An effective collaborator with the ability to thrive in a complex business and partner landscape
Functional knowledge and experience in digital, marketing, and/or commercial would be a plus
