Personal Assistant to the Director and Heads of Educational Engagement
Salary: Grade 5 (£25,285 - £28,929 p.a. pro rata)
This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PA to provide proactive administrative support to the Director and Heads of Educational Engagement. Working largely self-directed in your day-to-day work you will demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility and initiative in all aspects of the role. You will be responsible for complex diary management, creating travel itineraries and supporting Educational Engagement administration needs.
You will have excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to build productive working relationships with people at all levels across the University and externally.
You will have exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in order to manage a busy and varied workload. You will possess excellent IT skills and have a strong working knowledge of all Microsoft packages. You will enjoy working independently and using your own initiative and judgement in order to make decisions.
