Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a digital-savvy, creative Digital Resourcing Officer to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will join us working 21 hours per week and in return you will receive a salary of up to £19,736.75 per annum (FTE £32,894.59) plus excellent benefits.

The Talent Acquisition team are responsible for delivering a consistent brand, candidate experience and resourcing journey. The team’s role is to support and coach our people managers across the organisation to deliver a best-in-class recruitment service.
Responsibilities of our Digital Resourcing Officer:
As our Digital Resourcing Officer, you will be responsible for developing recruitment marketing aligned to Cats Protections values and behaviours. Posting content across our digital recruiting platforms to connect with and attract active and passive candidates, creating the right message for the right people at the right time appropriate to each platform (eg Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
You will have a key focus on increasing engagement and audience growth across online recruitment channels, building awareness of Cats Protections employer brand. Supporting our Talent Acquisition Partners, you will be involved with digital campaigns to help market hard to recruit vacancies via creative advertising methods.
What we’re looking for in our Digital Resourcing Officer:
- experience developing effective recruitment marketing campaigns
- passion for content creation & experience using social media channels where employer brand awareness has been key
- experience working with a range of digital recruiting tools including online job boards & review sites
- experience of working within an internal recruitment team & with talent delivery platforms and applicant tracking systems is desirable
- strong communication style including creative writing skills
- excellent planning and organisational skills with proven ability to multi-task and work on own initiative, accurately and under pressure to meet deadlines
- strong administrative skills including high attention to detail
- a sense of fun and passion for all things recruitment!
