Part-time Cleaner
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our communal areas, including corridors, kitchen, and sitting areas. Additionally, they will perform deep cleaning tasks when a tenant moves out.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain communal areas such as corridors, kitchen, and sitting areas to a high standard
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including cleaning appliances, walls, and floors when tenants move out
- Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Keep cleaning supplies well stocked and organized
- Report any maintenance issues to management promptly
- Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment
- Must be reliable and punctual
Working hours:
- 2 hours once a week
Salary and Benefits:
- Flexible working hours
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 2 per week
Salary: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Coventry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
