If you are a school or college leaver and fancy a career in a marketing & communications agency, then we have a new scheme tailor-made for you. It’s designed to give more people without a degree a jump start in the agency world.
Four is one of the top media, marketing & communications agencies in the UK and we are looking for future talent in London, Sheffield and Cardiff. Successful candidates on the scheme will benefit from a thorough induction and training programme in their first year.
Flourish at Four will offer places in social media, digital, public relations, graphic design, marketing and media planning & buying, as well as our central teams (IT, finance, HR, marketing & new business and office functions).
To apply for a place please complete the online application form. We’d also like you to write a short piece (maximum half a page) telling us something interesting about yourself. Maybe it’s your passion, your part time job or your future plans – it’s entirely up to you.
The initial shortlist will be invited to complete a personality profile questionnaire. Successful candidates will then be invited to our Flourish at Four day in London on Tuesday 11 July 2023 – a day of interviews, discussion, tests, meetings and presentations. (Four will cover travel for shortlisted candidates from Wales and Sheffield.)
Start dates: from August 2023
Salary: £23,350 (London), £21,300 (Wales and Sheffield)
