The Opportunity
Sitting within the Site Experience & Technology function as part of the wider Global Digital & Consumer Marketing team, this role manages a range of digital projects to optimise and improve our online customer experience.
What you´ll get to do
- Hands-on and day-to-day project management; leading eCommerce projects from scoping and planning through to testing and execution.
- Prepare, update and finalise scope and requirements documentation including obtaining sign off.
- Work with Puig technical delivery team and third-party partners to build timelines and identify deliverables and milestones.
- Manage communications with project teams, SMEs and stakeholders.
- Manage top level reporting on a weekly basis including tracking milestones, risks and dependencies.
- Lead regular project meetings with stated objectives & agendas. Ensure minutes are always taken and shared.
- Prepare test scenarios and obtain sign off from key stakeholders.
- Manage and triage defects in testing phases, including working with Business Stakeholder on UAT execution and defect prioritisation.
- Implement and document processes related to translations.
- Develop and deliver to project delivery processes and standards. Identify gaps and help develop improvements which reduce risk and enhance efficiency.
We´d love to meet you if you have
- Solid experience in a similar role managing a range of digital projects, ideally within the Fragrance, Beauty, Luxury or Consumer Goods industries
- Have experience in growing eCommerce business environments
- Exposure to a range of technologies across web development
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall software delivery methodologies
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Ability to remain positive during stressful situations
- Problem solving skills, you can anticipate issues and work ahead to alleviate
