Overview

The Web Experience Executive role sits as part of the Digital Marketing team and will be responsible for supporting the development of the KPMG UK website – with the aim to deliver a best-in-class web experience. The individual will also collaborate closely with the rest of the digital marketing team, as well as marketing peers across capabilities, sectors, firm-wide, brand and content.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to: Web Experience Manager, Digital Marketing


  • Support and implement the website strategy including ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices
  • Deliver UX optimisations across the UK website ensuring compliance with key risk requirements e.g. GDPR
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver the website content and ensure best practices are considered
  • Conduct regular website audits and analyse areas for improvement/optimisation to drive performance
  • Maintain a web content schedule to track volume and capacity
  • Oversee website updates and maintenance to ensure content is accurate and consistent with the KPMG brand guidelines.
  • Monitor website traffic and engagement metrics to elevate the effectiveness of the website and identify opportunities for growth
  • Champion a data led approach with the benefits of website and SEO best practices across the marketing team and wider business
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, best practices, regulation, and innovation, particularly around web design, SEO, personalisation, user journeys, GDPR, and automation
  • Actively work with other teams across Sales & Marketing to deliver a connected one team culture


The Person

Required skills and qualifications

  • One to three years web management experience
  • Experience in website management and UX best practices
  • Experience across website management tools e.g. AEM, Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • SEO experience advantageous
  • Analytical ability to review data, content, market trends and insights
  • Wants to be part of a collaborative, high performing team
  • Test and learn mentality – consistently looking to review better ways of doing things and leveraging tech to deliver
  • Exceptional spoken and written communications skills – with the ability to flex personal style to engage every audience.
  • Experience working in a professional services environment would be advantageous
  • Brings a real sense of fun and energy to the role and team
