As a Digital Product Manager, you’ll deliver a product roadmap that generates opportunities for impact and engagement, connected to our organisational strategy and takes full account of a diverse range of customers and stakeholder requirements and their associated user journeys.
You’ll maximise the interaction with customer-facing technologies to advance our marketing activity, increase traffic to the website and enable us to optimise our relationship with our schools. Candidates should have editorial skills to help grow engagement through social media channels increasing our visibility and influence.

- The current and emergent digital and technological landscape.
- Website product management principles, lean product development and agile practices.
- How to use social media tools to drive audiences to various digital platforms and position organisations as a thought leader in its chosen space.
- Digital products and scoping and shaping a variety of different delivery projects for the web, mobile, eCommerce and marketing CRM.
- Building CRM strategies, working with platforms such as Dynamics and Salesforce, combined with excellent technical knowledge of CRM implementation and ongoing development.
- Web content development; Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Search engine optimisation (SEO), Information architecture, Web usability and user experience best practice. Web accessibility standards (W3C).
- Implemented e-commerce solutions.
