We have an exciting opportunity for a data driven and passionate new Krispy Kremer to join our team in this brand-new Digital Operations Executive role.

In this role, you will oversee and manage the performance of our 3rd party delivery partners by collating and communicating data to drive performance of this channel.

What we offer

This will involve a mixture of working from home and working from the office in Frimley, Surrey (2 days minimum in the office per week).

This is a full-time position working a 40-hour week Monday – Friday, paying up to £25,000 per annum + bonus

Your new role:

  • Collate data from the performance dashboard to analyse and propose solutions to drive the business forward.
  • Provide recommendations and tangible actions to internal and external stakeholders that will improve the performance of the delivery platforms.
  • Be the first line of support for our Krispy Kreme Retail Shops to keep our tablets online and working optimally whilst working in collaboration the Retail Managers to protect our algorithm and brand scores.
  • Support with the execution of our 3rd party digital marketing, for example short term promotions or the launch of a new product initiative.
  • Maintain our 3rd Party menus, product imagery, descriptions, and nutritional information etc.

Skills and experience:

  • Commercially focused, ideally from a Retail or Hospitality background
  • Ability to execute with excellence and possess a high attention to detail.
  • Passion for the customer first and the ability to think ‘brand’ alongside metrics.
  • A pro-active self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to work at pace.
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels both in person and remotely.
