Walker Morris’ real estate team is looking to recruit ambitious lawyers who wish to join a successful team specialising in a range of complex and high-profile real estate matters.
Responsibilities:We have the opportunity for two Senior Associates to join the growing team, ideally boasting strong commercial real estate experience in private practice.
We have one of the strongest specialist real estate teams in the country and have an enviable reputation for delivering focused legal advice to top quality clients. The work is likely to be varied but lawyers in our real estate team typically get exposure to the following work areas:
- landlord and tenant;
- acquisitions and disposals;
- development;
- corporate support; and
- financing transactions.
In addition to traditional fee-earning, lawyers at Walker Morris are encouraged to support business development and marketing initiatives (both internal and external).

What we offer:
- Flexible working – we understand work-life balance is important, we are open to discussing your hybrid working preferences
- Annual Leave – minimum of 25 days per year, increasing to 31 days with length of service. Also – buy/sell holidays up to 5 days per year
- Bonus Scheme – our annual bonus scheme recognises outstanding contributions to the firm and our ambitions. All colleagues are eligible subject to meeting the criteria of the scheme.
- Sabbatical Scheme – accrue up to 2 weeks' sabbatical over a 2 year period, or 4 weeks' sabbatical over 3 years
