The Job: Digital Manager, Easylife Ltd, based Medway [with Hybrid Working Options]
This is a unique opportunity in the market to lead, develop and execute digital strategies for one of the UK’s most exciting catalogue retailers. A natural marketeer and innovator, you will be working with a small team and our agencies as they conquer consumer acquisition, conversion and retention. You’ll work cross functionally to design and execute digital growth initiatives, utilising the latest tools and technology to keep the agency at the bleeding edge of digital.
The Responsibilities
The Digital Manager’s mission is to deliver innovative digital marketing tactics, growing the return on investment from digital marketing activity.
On marketing, you will own the full digital funnel from acquisition through to conversion and retention.
Key responsibilities will be to:
· Manage SEO, paid, CRO and CRM strategy and implementation.
· Assist with liaison with various specialist agencies.
· Establish the digital growth plan to drive traffic, user acquisition, conversion and retention; prioritising gaps and quantifying progress in line with KPI’s for business priorities.
· Support the development of outbound focused technology within the business.
· Analysing ROI and recommending changes, if required.
· Manage and develop various Marketplace Channels; inc. Amazon, eBay, OnBuy and Fruugo.
The Skills
· Data driven, fuelled by insights and knowledge.
· Technically minded with a thorough understanding of digital marketing technologies
· A performance focused individual with an analytical mind
· Obsessed with testing and conversion, experienced with Google Analytics (ideally 360)
· Exposure to ESP Software, preferably Pure 360 | Spotler
Useful knowledge:
Google Ads, Adobe Suite (Photoshop), Google Analytics, Bing Ads, HubSpot CRM CMS, Facebook Ads, SEMrush, Facebook Analytics, Pure360|Spotler, Microsoft Office (Excel), HTML, Database Understanding

Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
