Job description

Winkworth Estate Agents are looking for a new member of the marketing team to support our Wimborne and Southbourne offices. As a local estate agent, we strive to offer our clients a high-end experience while selling their homes, with access to excellent advice and customer services from all members of the team.

Unusually, we already employ an in-house professional photographer, and through the expansion our business is now looking for a second member to join the team. Withhin this role, you will be responsible for capturing stunning still images, video content and virtual 3D tours (via our Matterport technology) to promote our clients’ homes and locations. Alongside this you will help maintain marketing, social media and photography for the business.

Main responsibilities:

  • Call clients to arrange a convenient date for photography of their home.
  • Create photography, video, and virtual tours content.
  • Build and maintain interesting brochures in InDesign for each home.
  • Liaise with clients and amend the visual marketing of their homes regularly.
  • Maintain and build an attention-grabbing social media profile for the business, within our social media guidelines, using local photography, clients’ homes and community contributors.
  • Manage our seasonal marketing programme including social media, window display, window design and community interaction.
  • Aid and assist the office in its smooth running by fulfilling any reasonable tasks required.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:

  • Technical skills in property photography (Portfolio of work may be requested).
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Technical skills in drone photography.
  • Technical skills in Adobe software including InDesign & Lightroom.
  • Technical skills in Linked-In, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Exceptional team working skills, along with ability to work independently.
  • A clean UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
