As an established Claims Management Company in Newcastle Upon Tyne we are excited to announce opportunities within our head office for data entry clerks within our Claims team.
Based in Baird House, City West Business Park on Scotswood road we are 2 miles from Central Station and 3 miles from Haymarket for easy access to and from the City Centre.
The roles will report to the Claims Team Manager, you will be responsible for day to day duties including:
- Registering customer claims on an online portal
- Updating customer contact information on our CRM system
- Managing dedicated mailboxes to assist with the customer claim registration
It would be ideal if candidates have good IT skills and can learn new systems quickly. Have great attention to detail and are available immediately and committed to starting a new role.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £15,579.00-£23,000.00 per year
