Digital Marketing Expert Remote
Job description
Experienced digital marketing expert responsible for creating email marketing and social media campaigns in the UK and global market within organic skin care industry. The right candidate will focus on building community and engagement while prioritising all digital and social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik,Tok, YouTube and others) to increase traffic and sales.
Campaign Strategy
- Oversee the digital and social campaign planning process to ensure continuous engagement with our audience within organic beauty and cosmetics market.
- Work closely with the broader marketing team to align on key priorities and influence content plans.
- Develop and implement content calendars using digital email marketing software and data analysis.
- Execute paid media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Facebook Ads Manager.
- Track the performance of all paid campaigns to ensure effective and efficient delivery as well as implementing the necessary optimisations to meet KPIs.
- Work on our TikTok profile to increase followers and engagement
- Content creation and ablility to create ad hoc content where applicable
- Extensive research and apply knowledge to creative brainstorming sessions, keeping abreast of audience interests, competitor activity, and broader digital and social trends to make thoughtful and valuable recommendations with organic beauty market.
Experience and skills:
- Ability to work independently and apply own initiative to build and manage excellent working relationships with the director and external stakeholders.
- Must have a solid knowledge of the cosmetic and beauty industry with passion to succeed.
- Proven digital email marketing and all social media experience including planning, implementing, content creation and analysing campaigns (Google AD, Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, You tube etc)
- Excellent knowledge with digital marketing software to increase traffic and sales showing growth and engagement.
- Excellent knowledge of email marketing, digital and social platforms with passion for beauty and organic skin care.
- Full knowledge of complex Facebook/Instagram marketing campaign and Facebook pixel setup.
- Experience in copy writing to engage audience for email marketing and social media platforms.
- You must be numerate, creative using own initiative to be able to demonstrate how to research projects and execute them efficiently.
- Must be passionate about organic beauty /skincare industry and extremely enthusiastic.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 12 per week
Salary: £10.00-£15.00 per hour
