We are looking for true people person to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott Aberdeen Airport as Night Supervisor.

Do you thrive on delivering excellent guest experience, working as part of a brilliant Front Office team who always strive to deliver the best service for our guests while working in a dynamic environment?

In this role you will be part of the Front Office leadership team overseeing all property operations during the night shift. You will represent property management in resolving any guest or property related situations and personally assist in resolving any issues.

What you’ll be doing

  • Greet guests with a warm welcome on arrival and bid them a fond farewell on leaving.
  • Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests.
  • Run shifts, assisting other employees to ensure prompt guest service.
  • Run night audit and prepare reports, work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance, and assist with pre-arrival planning.
  • Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals.
  • Train, coach and manage the Front Office team in order to support engagement and opportunity.

  • Previous experience in working in a hotel reception environment an advantage
  • Previous supervisory experience is a big plus but not essential.
  • Flexible to work various shifts including weekends and occasional bank holidays. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week)
