Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Executive for a Group of two companies in care sector, you need to make sure to plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media as well as to launch optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness; and to promote our services and our job vacancies through digital channels.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
About You
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of social media, a proven-track record of planning, delivering, and reporting on a range of social media campaigns, and the ability to deliver engaging, high-impact creative content that is nuanced and tailored to each channel and the audience it serves.
Responsibilities and duties
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing (Mailchimp), display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC).
- Being very proficient and experienced with Google AdWords and Google Analytics (ideally least 2 years of experience).
- Supporting the growth of our social media presence, newsletter subscribers, and community.
- Creating, executing, and monitoring marketing campaign budgets.
- Working with the Business Development Team to improve marketing results and to identify innovative growth strategies.
- Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment.
- Preparing strategic reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and to be able to report this back to the line manager and the managing director.
- Individual needs to be professional with Adobe Creative Cloud and needs to have experience with planning, executing, and editing video/print content.
- Content creation - write blogs and do the SEO of the blogs.
- Use of marketing analysis platforms - Hotjar (website recordings), SEMRUSH (competitive analysis tools) and others.
- Paid Per Click Campaigns - this includes researching, planning, competitive analysis (the individual needs to have decent business development mindset in order to complete regular competitive analysis
- Design - to be able to design a leaflet, brochures etc.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in a digital marketing or advertising role (at least 2years)
- Work experience with website analytics, social media platforms and digital advertising best practices.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Creative and excellent at creating social media contents and ads.
- Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Salary: £27,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
