THE ROLE
This is a new role in our organisation. The career is an amazing opportunity to join a small team and develop a whole marketing strategy from the ground up. It's all about making things happen and enjoying the challenge of the task whilst having fun doing it.
Ultimately you will run every aspect of consumer marketing projects from the initial planning, through creative to implementation and analysis. projects include:
- Website
- Social Media
- CRM
- Print (Media, POS, Branding, Shop Collateral)
- Paid Digital
WHAT IS EXPECTED
- To help develop our company's digital/e-commerce strategy and to source and work with tech. partners and creatives.
- Develop customer growth via digital platforms and CRM.
- Help to develop a whole new marketing strategy using both digital and non-digital media.
- Bring the sales force and our front line Customer Service Assitants up-to-date and to directly, and indirectly, involve them in helping you to develop our digital strategy.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning, implementing and monitoring the company's digital marketing campaigns and all of the digital output.
- Maintaining, improving and analysing our company website to increase brand awareness and to generate direct sales leads.
- Develop, build, maintain and analyse our social media output - with the main aim to generate direct sales leads from direct users and client influencers.
- You will work alongside the company MD, Director and marketing personnel to be involved in identifying, and maximising, promotions and campaign initiatives.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- You will have at least 2 to 3-years consumer/retail marketing experience.
- Proven Website development - strategy development to cost effectively generate sales lead enquiries.
- Experience of defining, developing and maintaining a complete SEO strategy with branding and direct customer acquisition.
- Proven ability to use web analytics to maximise customer growth
- You absolutely must be able to work on your own initiative...and yet be a team member.
- Be a genius on EXCEL so as to be able to analyse data and test findings.
- Show examples of a seriously analytical attention to detail...even down to the smallest detail.

We are a growing but small private hearing aid retailer with 5-hearing centres located in both the Midlands and in Hampshire/Dorset. We have a very enviable reputation within our industry and punch way above our weight due to our hard working staff.
We work directly with end users testing, supplying and maintaining their hearing systems. We are, very much, a solution based company that has always worked on offering the best in service and product.
We employ 27 great people and our growth plans are to double in the next 3-years.
We are well respected in our industry and have very close working relationships with all of the major hearing aid manufacturers.
THE SALARY AND STUFF
There is basic wage range between £25K and £35K for the right person aqnd depending on their experience. This will also have a lucrative incentive bonus based on customer growth via digital strategy and CRM increased sales. This a Full-Time and permanent position
