Do you have experience selling via online platforms such as eBay or Amazon?

We are currently recruiting for Online / Ecommerce Sales Advisors to join our fast-growing online sales team. Based in our Distribution centre in Doncaster you will be part of a team responsible for online Car Parts and Accessory Sales covering over 23 vehicle Manufacturers, including Aston Martin, Toyota & Lexus

We are seeking an individual with a passion for online sales and marketing who will be innovative and forward thinking. The successful candidate will be expected to list parts/accessory stock through multiple well known online sales platforms along with promoting on social media and developing excellent relationships with specialist online forums.

Simply, it will be down to you to ensure that every customer order runs as smoothly and easily as possible. From the second our shoppers click the order button on our website, to the moment their order is picked, packed and dispatched, you’ll take pride in creating and maintaining their customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Writing accurate product descriptions for stock products.
• Taking photographs and loading them onto online sales platforms
• Displaying excellent customer service
• Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Uploading products to Amazon, Ebay & other e-commerce platforms
• Dealing with queries online and physically efficiently and appropriately
• Taking & processing customer orders / returns
• Assisting with warehouse operations during peak periods when required
• Contacting customers via email, phone, social media channels and website live chat

Job Type: Permanent

Hours 40 Hours Per Week
