We are seeking a talented marketing strategist to join our team at Manna. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the industry and will play a critical role in shaping our data-driven approach to marketing. You will work closely with our marketing, content, and product teams to identify opportunities to improve performance, deliver growth, and drive value for our clients.

Role Description

To drive, manage and maintain the current growth of this fast-growing company we are looking for a hands-on, smart-thinking, and fast-acting kind of marketing strategist. You play a vital part in aligning all business processes within our start-up organization. You will connect operations; media buy and Customer Success Management to make sure all parties are aligning and working according to the company strategy. Together with the business intelligence and development team, you will work on projects to improve our daily business.

Structure is key. You know that from experience and are an expert in applying this into this role. Your analytical skills are second to none, which enables you to identify opportunities and optimize inefficiencies. As you understand that our customers are the heart of our organization, you are actively seeking for opportunities to improve our products and to strategically spot business opportunities. Here are the processes you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain quality management:
    • Provide feedback based on your analysis done with quality reports within 2 business days to CMS and Operations and create actionable advice.
    • Once a quarter provide insights on the different survey results for our services and present findings to management
  • Research Target Markets:
    • Understand the markets in which we are active and make sure we have a full overview of what the competition is doing. Present this to the relevant stakeholders every month.
    • Understand the TIER one markets and make sure we have a full overview of what the pricing strategy needs to be. Creating and advising business development and CMS.
    • If we see scale our growth opportunities in a market, we need to identify these opportunities and report the actionable plan to sales to make sure they can change sales strategy.
  • Define growth opportunities:

  • Set up and lead marketing strategies:
    • Create and monitor marketing plan every month with the aim of setting targets for Media Buyers that maximize Gross Profit and provide the highest quality to our partners while making sure this aligns with the company’s long-term strategy.
    • Manage different stakeholders to achieve targets and communicate effectively to take immediate actions.

Besides being responsible for the above processes you will also closely collaborate with and support the business development and Customer Success Management team with your knowledge. Below you find the processes in which you will be involved in:

  • Manage day-to-day projects for business development support: research for new markets or verticals.
  • Retention of the client: based on your predictions the CMS team will give new volume predictions or pricings for the renewal of contracts
  • Onboarding new campaigns: based on your predictions the CMS team will give new volume predictions or pricings for the setup of contracts
  • Onboarding new clients: based on your predictions the CMS team will give new volume predictions or pricings for the setup of clients

Background:

  • 1-3 years of work experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with technology and preferably projects that include web components
  • Proven track record for delivering continuous improvement results
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects efficiently and effectively with super attention to detail
  • Excellent Excel knowledge and good with figures;
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written;
