Marketing Executive

The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide marketing support to all independent customers – working with the sales teams to identify opportunities and liaise with customers on their requirements.
- Create content and manage all social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
- Create and manage all customer communications in line with current marketing activities / product launches / service updates.
- Maintain all B2B and B2C customer support tools such as website / lead generation platform / Loyalty scheme / OticonDRIVE.
- Track and report on the impact and success of campaigns, generating reports and analytics as required.
- Assist with the organisation of product campaigns, launch events and industry conferences.
- Work collaboratively with the broader marketing team to ensure that knowledge is shared and retained, allowing the team to focus on the highest impact work.
- As part of the role, we would expect regular travel within the UK and Ireland, with the possibility of some international travel required from time to time. In addition, weekend work would be required from time to time to support exhibitions.
- Keep abreast of industry news, best practices, and emerging trends
Required Skills & Competencies
- Marketing and Digital marketing: 1-3 years preferred.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools.
- A proven track record in developing and implementing impactful, integrated marketing and content strategies to attract, engage and convert new audiences.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design to ensure development of rich and engaging marketing collateral, and consistency of brand voice in seasonal campaigns.
- Enthusiastic and effective team player that can work alone, partner with people of all levels, and report directly to the Marketing Manager.
- Strong communication skills, demonstrating grammatical expertise; outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to copy-write and proofread.
- Be fully integrated across the marketing mix, with strong knowledge of digital, social, PR, partnerships, and more.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and demands within a fast-paced environment being highly organised, structured and disciplined. A doer and a thinker – you’ll need to be comfortable getting hands-on.
