We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our exciting innovative digital agency based in the vibrant city of Bristol. If you have a passion for digital platforms, social media campaigns, email marketing, and brand growth, this role is tailor-made for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive brand growth and generate new business opportunities.
• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of digital platforms to create and manage effective social media campaigns across various channels.
• Craft engaging and persuasive content for email marketing campaigns, targeting specific audiences to maximize conversion rates.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitors' strategies, providing valuable insights for business development.
• Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, attending industry events, and leveraging personal and professional networks.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, preparing regular reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the digital agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and CRM systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00 per year
