Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a Non Household Metering Customer Call Handler. You will work on our Thames Water Metering contract in Langley, Berkshire.

This could mean splitting your time, based on business need between site, the office and home. Your contract location will remain as your place of work. Flexibility and hybrid working is managed on a case-by-case basis so please don’t be afraid to ask in your interview about the flexibility on offer.
As a Customer Call Agent you will be required to ensure that the all NHHM outbound calls and related administration are completed as per the required procedures, service delivery and customer experience as specified by NHHM Team Manager.
All work needs to be completed compliantly and within SLA to avoid financial fines. You will need to understand all of the NHHM policies set out by the governing bodies and ensure that your work compliantly.
Your main day to day tasks delivery of all NHHM outbound calls & complete all required administration to the highest standard. In addition, you will be required to provide excellence in Customer Service on behalf of our client Thames Water.
As a NHHM Customer Call Agent, you will be requires to deliver customer excellence. You will need to actively promote NHHM Compliance and ensure that we remain compliant and competent.
You will be responsible for any customer issues is being upheld through to resolution. Ensure any service failure which could result in a written complaint being received is escalated to the NHHM Team Leader and actioned appropriately. Assist / support the wider delivery team as and when required.
You will be required to adhere to confidentiality and GDPR requirements. Ensure the quick resolution of customer queries. Make sure that all enquiries are investigated fully and the correct information relayed to the customer and all information logged on the correct system.
