A Marketing Executive who will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Managers and Performance Marketing team to deliver best in class support to our key marketing partners and publishers.

The Marketing Services department is currently seeking a smart, ambitious Marketing Executive to join this exciting and vital part of our family.

We are seeking a smart, ambitious Marketing Executive to become part of our growing team.

The objective is to strengthen our partner support function globally, by assisting our Marketing Managers and specialist roles such as Compliance, New Business, Marketing System Managers and Analysts.

Working closely with various areas of the department, you will support the exploration and development of new and existing relationships, activate campaigns across multiple territories and help the team achieve its overall objectives.

Preferred skills and experience

Degree level or equivalent practical experience.
Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Ability to interact with all levels of the organisation.
Strong networking and relationship management skills.
Additional languages would be beneficial but not essential.

Main Responsibilities

Daily management of new and existing partners.
Supporting Marketing Managers by acting as a point of contact for partners during their absence.
Assisting Marketing Managers with meeting preparation by liaising with Marketing Data Analyst to provide performance reports.
Providing support to the Marketing Compliance team when reviewing analysis of 3rd party monitoring software.
Working closely with the New Business Development team to on-board new partners into the business.
Supporting the New Business Development team when planning launches into new territories.
Creating and distributing weekly communication surrounding the Live Streaming, event, promotion schedules for the department.
Collating and distributing monthly reporting.
Organising and supplying advertising material for key industry partners.
