Job description
Experienced Dental Receptionist required as soon as possible for a busy NHS Practice in Stockport. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday from 8.20am until 5.20pm with 1 hour for lunch between 1pm-2pm.
Duties include:
- Supporting patients with queries and questions in a professional manner
- Answering the telephone
- checking patients in and out .
- taking payments
- recalls
- Scanning documents
Knowledge of our software system Exact (Software of Excellence) is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
A friendly, polite, empathic and smart attitude is essential for this role as you are the first and last point of contact for our patients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.50 per hour
