Do you want to be part of an enthusiastic team, delivering excellent customer service as a member of our Customer Experience Hub?
If successful, you will join a team who are the first point of contact for Eildon customers and are responsible for the delivery of a high quality, informed and courteous advice & information service. You will contribute towards the overall performance of the service and support the achievement of agreed customer service standards. In addition, you will provide designated administrative support relating to customer services on behalf of operational teams.
Our Customer Experience Hub is a one stop shop for customers who wish to obtain housing information and advice, discuss or pay accounts, provide advice and discuss any tenancy issues, report or obtain advice on repairs and neighbour/service complaints.
As a member of the team, you will be dealing with a high volume of engagement from our customers, promoting our services and striving for customer service excellence.
You will have experience of working in a busy call handling environment, have relevant administrative experience, be a confident communicator and be proficient in multiple digital systems. You should be educated to SVQ 3 / SCQF Level 6. The ability to plan and organise your workload, manage competing demands and work to tight deadlines is essential, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Experience of office administration, maintaining computerised systems and preparing correspondence and reports is essential. Well organised and flexible, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with colleagues and customers.
