Job description
You will be responsible for developing and managing the voice of SANJUGO across all internal and external communications.
You will develop and manage all customer relations via written communications across digital channels and between the SANJUGO brand and SANJUGO customers. A high level of customer service will be required to increase customer loyalty, to create a SANJUGO community with the goal of conversion into lifelong SANJUGO fans, and enrich their journey with us as a customer through online and offline touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Creative copywriting content and social publishing
- Social content creation and management under the direction of the Marketing Manager
- Stimulating and sustaining conversations and relationships with a SANJUGO’s digital audience
- Develop a consistent brand TOV for SANJUGO for internal and external communications
- Establish framework for communications and train staff at management level on implementing and managing conversations accordingly
- Support the marketing department with all written comms across multiple channels (website, social media, email copy)
- Leading creative writing projects from point of concept through to final editing stages
- Manage customer service activity across all channels
- Can work independently and handle stress well
What we are looking for
- Proficient writing skills with creative writing ability
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Background in customer service or support-related field
- Demonstrable experience in similar role
- The ability to work under pressure whilst keeping an eye on the finer details
- An understanding of how online and offline marketing communication function

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance, Permanent, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £12.00-£20.00 per hour
